Yoga as a learning adventure has taken me around the globe. I've had the privilege of offering the gift of yoga in preschool and elementary school classrooms, hospitals, a psychiatric treatment center, a homeless shelter, yoga studios, private homes and offices.
It has been my honor to treat each body as a Temple and every Heart with acceptance. My experience has been a life long lesson in awareness that we are all children in need of play, connection and love. For optimal health, we must exercise our bodies. For our emotional well being, a sense of connection and compassion are essential.

We listen to your body's needs in each moment and incorporate healing touch, simple Thai massage techniques, hands on adjustments for correct posture alignment.
With an intuitive blend of music, poetry, spontaneous humor and joy, each session is a guided, safe and fun interaction that culminates with a final pose called Savasana - a resting pose where the neck and shoulders are adjusted for deep relaxation to integrate learning, soothe the spirit and renew the body.
